SHIPPING POLICY and RETURN POLICY 

MM Hair Collection orders will be processed and shipped out between 5-10 business days. We only ship hair to confirmed addresses. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS; only exchanges within 3 business days of receiving your order. All hair must be in its original state; meaning no dye, no chemicals, unravel, or not cutting of the weft. You are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. NO SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS 

MM Crown Collection

Mercedes Maddox Crown Collection unit construction and return shipment time averages between 14-21 business days, this can vary and/or be extended depending on the volume of the Crown orders or unforeseen circumstances with the products. For example things like delay in shipment, insufficient amount of hair, last minute custom option request. We do offer rush orders which is a separate fee. Queens please make sure that you refer to the cap measurement chart to get the most accurate measurements. ALL WIG ORDERS OR FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need any assistant getting your cap measurements, please feel free to contact us directly via email or phone.

FAQ

Can i cut my wefts?

We recommend that you do not cut your wefts unless you absolutely have to. Cutting your  hair extensions may cause shedding. If you choose to cut the wefts we recommend sealing your wefts, preferably by a hair stylist.

 Can i flat iron my hair? If i do, will it curl back up?

Yes, this is raw human hair, you can flat iron it, curl it and dye it. You just simply wet or wash your hair and your curls will pop right back. We recommend that you air dry your hair after shampoo and conditioning it for best results.

 

 We recommend that you have a professional hair stylist dye/bleach your hair.

 

 How long will my MMhairCollection Last ?

The length of your bundles depends on the daily care of your extensions. 

We have had client's bundles that last 2+ years.

 Will all my bundles match?

Remember babes we sell raw hair only. Raw hair comes for a single donors head, because everyones curl pattern or texture is different the bundles won't be identical which gives a very natural look. However we will pair your bundles to give it the best match. Dont worry Queen we got you!

Pre installation 

We at MMHairCollection wash each bundle by hand to ensure that we detect irregular bundles. We still recommend that you wash your bundles, this gives you a chance to detect any issues. With that being said  if you do experience any issues please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue accordingly. We strive to provide the best experience to all of our Queens!
