When will my preorder ship?
All preorder items ship within 3–4 weeks. This timeline includes sourcing, quality checks, and processing during the holiday season.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order begins its journey.

Preorders allow us to secure your texture specifically for you. This ensures:

Especially during the holidays, processing times can extend due to high demand.
3. How will I know when my order is on the way?
You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including a final tracking email once your order ships.
4. Do preorders ship in the order they’re placed?
Yes — all preorders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Can I cancel my preorder?
Because preorder textures are sourced specifically for you, all preorders are final sale.
Please double-check lengths, textures, and quantities before checking out.
6. Can I change my texture or length after ordering?
Once a preorder is placed, we cannot make changes. This ensures accuracy with our sourcing and inventory.
7. What if I order an in-stock item with a preorder item?
Your order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.
If you need in-stock items sooner, please order them separately.
8. What happens if there’s a delay?
In the rare event of a supplier or holiday delay, we’ll notify you immediately and keep you updated every step of the way.
9. Is my preorder guaranteed?
Yes. All Mercé preorders are secured and guaranteed once payment is received.
10. When does the preorder close?
Our Black Friday preorder is limited and will close once all slots are filled.
Once it’s gone it’s gone until the next restock.
11. Can I use discount codes on preorder items?
Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not apply to preorder items.
12. What if my address changes?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email customer support within 48 hours of placing your order.
13. Do preorders come with updates?
Yes. We’ll send updates during processing so you always know exactly what stage your order is in.
